Please fill out this questionnaire for a Tandem PPG Discovery flight. All flights are 20min long and include a basic overview of the aircraft and flight controls. A helmet and radio are provided for communication with me and other pilots in the air and on the ground. Flying PPG is completely dependent on the weather. Please be aware that even Weather apps can be wrong and if we get to the air field and the conditions are not safe we may not be able to fly and will have to postpone. You will be asked to sign a waiver before the flight. Please complete this form for EACH person flying. Weight is important, please don't estimate.
