1er taller entre pares sobre el papel de los Bancos Subnacionales de Desarrollo en el financiamiento de una recuperación post-pandemia urbana y territorial resiliente

La Alianza de Bancos Subnacionales de Desarrollo (SDBs) de América Latina y el Caribe se complace en invitarle a participar en su primer taller entre pares.

El evento consistirá en un intercambio de prácticas inspiradoras y recomendaciones sobre el fortalecimiento del papel de los SDBs en el financiamiento de una recuperación urbana y territorial resiliente pospandemia en America Latina y el Caribe.

La apertura del evento estará a cargo de la profesora Stephany Griffith Jones, economista, quien hablará sobre el papel anticíclico de los Bancos Públicos de Desarrollo en el financiamiento de la recuperación post-pandemia.

Se invitará a los participantes a compartir retos, experiencias inspiradoras, lecciones aprendidas y oportunidades de mejora en torno a los 3 temas siguientes
1/ ¿Qué proyectos transformadores se deberían financiar para una recuperación urbana y territorial resiliente?
2/ ¿Qué formas de capitalización y fuentes de financiamiento movilizarán los SDB para financiar la recuperación post Covid?    
3/ ¿Qué instrumentos y servicios establecerán los SDBs para financiar la recuperación post-Covid?

First peer-to-peer workshop on the role of SDBs in financing an urban and territorial resilient post-covid recovery (September 23rd 2021)
The Alliance of Subnational Development Banks in Latin America and the Caribbean is pleased to invite you to participate to its first peer-to-peer workshop.

The event will take the form of an exchange of inspiring practices and recommendations on reinforcing the role of SDBs in financing an urban and territorial resilient post-covid recovery in Latin America and the Caribbean.

It will be opened by a Keynote speech of Professor Stephany Griffith Jones, Economist on the counter-cyclical role of Public Development Banks to finance the post covid recovery. Participants will be invited to share challenges, inspiring experiences, lessons learned and opportunities for improvement around the 3 following topics :
1/ How to identify and prioritize investment for a resilient urban and territorial recovery?
2/ Which capital and resources to tap in to finance the post Covid recovery ?
3/ What instruments and services to be set up by SDBs to finance the post Covid recovery?
