I do hereby waive, release, and discharge all claims against San Benito Stage Company (“SBSC”) for any damages, death, personal injury and property damage that occurs as a result of my camper participating in the SBSC summer camp. The physical, social and economic losses and/or damages, which could result from these risks and dangers described above, could be severe. These risks and damages may be caused by the action, inaction or negligence of the participant or the actions, inaction or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, the releasees named below. I understand that knowing the risks of this activity, I do hereby agree to assume those risks. By signing this release, I understand that if I or the participating minor / camper named below are hurt during this activity I have waived my right to file a lawsuit against SBSC and/or any SBSC employees, teachers, instructors, or volunteers for negligence. This release is intended to discharge and hold harmless SBSC, the SBSC board of directors, volunteers, instructors, or employees from liability. This waiver and assumption of risks is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
