Overflow419 is a Foster Care Ministry of Providence Baptist Church of Harrisburg, NC,  a non-profit organization.  The items being distributed have been donated to Overflow419 in good faith to help those in need.  By signing below, I certify I have read and understand this Equipment Waiver.  I will not hold Overflow419 or Providence Baptist Church responsible for any accident or injury resulting from use of any items and/or equipment donated to Overflow419 and given to me at no charge.  In the event there are no instructions with any car seat or other furniture or equipment given to me, I will assume the responsibility of obtaining instructions prior to use of such car seat or other furniture or equipment provided.
