Please can you complete all the details below for some OUTDOOR Summer Basketball Sessions.

Reminder of Days & Timings:
  • Tuesday's - 11th July, 18th July & 1st August 2023
  • MINI BALLERS OUTDOOR MORNING SESSION 9-11 Years Old (P6-P7):  9:30AM - 11AM
  • 12+ OUTDOOR AFTERNOON SESSION 12-17 Years Old (S1-S5): 11:30AM - 1PM

NOTE: where there are multiple family members wishing to attend, we will require a completed form for EACH child.

Photographs will be taken throughout the sessions by the Club and Active Schools Fife. Please find our "Photography Consent Policy" here: https://cutt.ly/9A92Fmd. There will be a query as to your consent over sharing your child's image through social media, etc. at the end of the form.
