We, Embodify, are working on a Creative Outlet product for persons with disability and/or mental health challenges of ranging verbal abilities (including non-verbal). The objective is for this mechanism to be an outlet for persons with disability and/or mental health challenges to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions - made simple and easy to use through AI text generation.
As a person with disability and/or mental health challenges, the purpose of this Survey is to gather your unique perspective of your challenges, how you manage or cope with these challenges, and insight into the current solutions we're working on.
All responses will remain confidential and only used for the purpose of the Embodify project. Please know you can stop and exit the Survey if you become uncomfortable completing it.
This Survey mostly involves written responses and may take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete (could be less or more depending on detail of your responses).
