The Hartnell College Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program is approved by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards, #101005.

An apprentice is an employee with a customized educational plan. The program is employer led with a student center focus. The program represents a unique earn and learn opportunity for apprentices. As an employee of a sponsoring agency (you as the employer), the apprentice will work with a mentor identified by you for a period of up to 25 hours per week while also participating in up to two courses per semester. To support apprentices, we will also provide wrap-around support services to the registered apprentices.
