What are resurrection eggs?
Eggs have long been used to symbolize new life and rebirth. In Christianity, eggs symbolize the empty tomb of Jesus, from which Jesus was resurrected. Resurrection eggs are used to teach children about the Easter story. Each day they will open a specially marked egg with a surprise inside. It will tell the story of what happened on each day leading up to Easter morning!
