This Form is required for events needing audio or video that are not happening in the auditorium.

Please submit at least 7 days before tech is needed

Please be as precise as you can be.

Whenever possible please have an offline version of any presentation in case internet is an issue.

Video should be embedded in the presentation whenever possible.

Maintenance handles tables, chairs, risers, Projection Screen, and anything other than the electronics
