Calling all Party Animals!!!!!

Reed's turning 40 and you're invited to our Birthday Bash! We invite you and your Owls to join Dr. Whoo for cake, fun birthday games, and prizes. Parents are invited to come and learn more about our campus and the Reed PTA during our membership meeting & mingle portion.

Childcare will be provided during the parent portion for potty-trained toddlers - 6th graders. To utilize the childcare you MUST RSVP for your child/children by filling out the form below. Childcare will be provided by approved Allen ISD student volunteers/student groups during the membership meeting for the parents.

Childcare check-in is 5:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. Please arrive early to fill out childcare forms.

The event is Monday, September 11, 5:45 p.m. - 7: 45 p.m.- Reed Elementary Campus Cafeteria

How many children will be requiring childcare? Please note children must be independently potty trained.

What are the names of the child/children that will be in attendance? Please include first and last name and child's age.
