INTRODUCTION: If you are an enthusiastic and highly motivated young person, between 16 and 19, and aspire to obtain a private pilot certificate as your first step towards an aviation career, EAA Chapter 393 invites you to apply for possible award of a Ray Aviation Scholarship for up to $11,000.
