All natural pasture raised Chicken.

Raised and cared for by our very own Jason Carpenter. We start our chicks in a brooder box (nursery for chicks to keep them safe and warm). Once the chicks are strong enough to live outside we then move them to a mobile chicken shelter in our pasture.  Twice a day we rotate the shelter to a different section of the pasture so our chickens have access to fresh grass to explore.  In this process chickens have the ability to search for bugs and worms for protein and have access to fresh water and all natural chicken feed from a local feed store.  

All of our chicken's are raised in batches throughout the spring and fall months when chickens can be raised on lush pasture.  All of our chicken batches are processed by a local butcher and immediately frozen to insure longevity before it's sold. 

The approximate dressed weight of a whole chicken is roughly 3 - 5 lbs.
