Communications Order Form
Please enter your desired needs below for communications efforts centered around your event (no matter how big or small your event is). Remember any costs associated with PR come out of your event budget (examples: printing costs; TV PSA requires videographer, obtaining footage and editor to produce, etc.).

The communications department recommends submitting this order form at least SIX MONTHS prior to your event, allowing us to meet with you and set project deadlines. Event managers that have filled this out and have projects placed on the communications calendar will take priority over those events that may come up with less notice. “Last minute” events are subject to availability of resources according to the event calendar.

Please keep in mind:
  • Deadlines may shift if your ability to submit content by deadline deviates.
  • Media relations efforts may adjust due to timing of other events being pitched to media or availability of stations’ calendars.
  • Some websites may take a few days or a few weeks to put together depending on needs; design project time varies due to size of design.
