We can't afford to put on a party that no one goes to. As such, if you would like to attend a tournament party, you will be asked for an additional payment of £30 on top of your tournament fee. This actually works out at a discount to the £4 per person party fee we'd have to charge on the day, but allows us to know what numbers and budget we are working with. If a private party does not go ahead, or there is a change of plan, the £30 party fee will be refunded.
