The Walla Walla Eastgate, Walla Walla Downtown, and College Place Lions Clubs receive numerous requests for sight assistance in the form of eye exams and eyeglasses. We try to meet all worth applicants with a positive answer, but please understand that our budgets are limited. To help our committees determine the grant offerings, each candidate or applicant is asked to complete the form presented.
Please fill out this form as completely and accurately as possible. You must complete this for to apply and get Lions' financial approval prior to any commitments to any provider.
We provide aid for: Eye exams, prescriptions as
required by the optometrist (including multi-vision lenses), and basic
eyeglasses frames through our partner optometrists
We cannot provide aid for: Designer frames, polarized or contact or tinted lenses, or sunglasses
