In order for us to create the best educational opportunities for the fall, we are asking that all parents/guardians make their decision as to the learning environment for their child(ren) by August 14, 2020. Please fill out this form for each of your children. Remember, if you choose the virtual option, you will have the ability to have your child(ren) return to in-person learning beginning in October.

Will your child be beginning the school year in the hybrid schedule of in-person instruction or fully virtual? The Blue Cohort will be split alphabetically from A-Klou and attend school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Gold Cohort will be the remainder of the alphabet and attend school on Mondays and Wednesdays. Cohorts will alternate attending school on Fridays. *
