This form is for residents already living in Sterling that want to transfer within the district to another school.

For parent's wishing to open enroll their child for the 2024-2025 school year this open enrollment request form must be filled out to its entirety by July 25, 2024. Please fill out one form per child.

Please note that Registration is a separate process and opens on July 1st through Skyward Family Access.
