AYSO Region 678 Drop / Refund Request Form 
AYSO Region 678 Refund Policy is based on the calendar date the drop request is emailed to the Registrar and Treasurer. Processing fees and the National Player fee are nonrefundable, but if you are moving to another AYSO program the National Player fee will be credited upon enrollment in that program.
  • Before June 1: 100% refund of Regional fee
  • June 1 thru July 31: 50% of each player registration fee 
  • After July 31: No refund will be issued
