Huomioittehan että kaikkien pelaajien tulee olla syntynyt 1.1.2009 tai myöhemmin. Varautukaa todentamaan pelaajan syntymäaika tarvittaessa virallisen dokumentin avulla.

Pelipaidat: Jos joukkueilla on samanväriset pelipaidat, vierasjoukkue käyttää varapaitoja tai liivejä.

Huomioikaa:  Ilmoittakaa kaikki joukkueen pelaajat samalla lomakkeella.
