This event supports schools throughout Columbia and encourages kids of all ages to join together at Cosmo Park this spring for the ultimate community “Fun Run”. The 1.3 mile route is a single loop on the Cosmo Fitness trail in Cosmo Park. Along the course participants will be entertained by a color explosion station, DJs, costumed volunteers, performers, dance parties and many more surprises! This distance is encouraged for young elementary school ages and their families. In addition to the run there will be a mini expo held at the starting area with local businesses hosting tents full of fun games and kid friendly activities. All participants will receive a race bib, donut, and give-away items from local sponsors at the finish line. The goal for the run is to raise funds for PTA groups across the school district! To keep the event affordable to all families in the community, participation in the event will be FREE!
