Please let us know in advance of any special schedule requests (vacation dates, work conflicts, etc.).  We will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.  You may only request 1 week with no games.  If you are coaching multiple teams you do not need to make a request to avoid conflicts.  If you have children playing on other teams that you are not coaching you can request that we try to avoid conflicts.
