District Administration Building Teacher Scored Tests (TSTs) Spring 2023 - Sign-ups
All Teacher Scored Tests (TSTs) are proctored and will be taken in person at a designated Online Learning testing session. You will need to complete this form for each testing date. All Online Learning testing is in Room Mount Rainer or Squak Mountain. Please bring your district student issued laptop. Please email Ms. Tam at Tame@issaquah.wednet.edu, if you have questions and/or need to cancel your session. 

The District Administration Address: 5150 220th Ave SE Issaquah, WA 98029. Please check-in at the front desk and sign in on Wednesdays. You will follow the orange signs on the way in. Please be on time.
