About the facilitator:
Ms Disha Manchekar is a Psychologist, Trauma Therapist and Coach. She is the Founder of Innate Mind. She has facilitated workshops for several corporate organisations and helped 6000+ individuals through therapy. Through this workshop, she aims to guide anyone willing to start their self-love journey.
