Cupertino Change Agents
The Cupertino Change Agents (https://www.cupertinochangeagents.org) is a youth-led non-profit organization. Created by a couple of parents in 2021, the organization has elementary school children participate in the effort.

At the moment, we are associated with The City Team in San Jose (https://cityteam.org). Connecting with them every month, we discover what is required for their different shelters like meals, canned food, hygiene products, winter coats, etc, and help them obtain through drives and donations.
