HCA Summer 2023 Apprentice Info Form
Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer Apprentice for the HCA this summer. The minimum grade we are seeking for this summer are those entering 10th grade or higher. Apprentice's must be willing to wear a face mask as needed at the HCA if conditions recommend it.

Application Period: January 1–May 31

The HCA has options for half day shifts for those students who require flexibility. Please only select the weeks where you can be available for the full week (Monday–Friday).

Apprentices will be responsible for helping an instructor with setting up/cleaning up, assisting students, conducting age-appropriate games with the students, and other operational tasks. Attendance to a pre-summer orientation is required, even for those Apprentices who have worked with the HCA in previous summer sessions.

Please fill out the information below and check off all the shifts that you are available and willing to volunteer for during the summer. Depending on the volume of applications, we CAN NOT guarantee that we will be able to accept everyone into the Volunteer Apprentice program. If you have any questions, please send an email to Tatiana Flis at tatiana@hopartscenter.org.
