This form is for guests to register to attend the 2019 Senior Honors Thesis Symposium on Saturday April 13, 2019 from 9:00am-4:00pm at Memorial Union, UW-Madison. The event is free and includes a light breakfast and lunch. Faculty, staff, students, friends and family are all invited to attend. Guests need not attend every session. Guests are welcome to attend the closing reception. To register fill out the form below; each registration can include up to 6 guests. If you would like to register more than six guests, please fill out the form an additional time. Please register guests by Sunday, March 31, 2019.

Students who are registered to present their thesis at the symposium are already registered to attend. Only people who are attending the symposium as guests (not presenting) need to register here.
