Please join HALB in welcoming Marco DeSanto, the General Counsel of Sotheby’s. Sotheby’s is the world’s premier art auction house, with 80 locations in 40 countries and an annual revenue of over $1 billion. Mr. DeSanto graduated from Wayne State University Law School and joined Sotheby’s in 2020 after an illustrious decades-long career working as General Counsel of Mercedes-Benz, Tenneco, and Federal-Mogul Powertrain. Before that, he worked as an attorney at Warner Norcross & Judd LPP in Detroit for 6 years. He now resides in New York, where Sotheby's is headquartered.
