2019-20 Bus Rider Request Form for Legacy Early College Scholars
This online form should be completed by families requesting school bus service beginning in the Fall of 2019. Please complete this form if you need your scholar to be transported to and/or from Legacy Early College for the 2019-20 academic school year. Always remember to provide transportation for your scholar until you have been officially notified by the Transportation Office. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Bus Transportation Policy *
Legacy Early College Scholars are expected to follow all Bus Transportation Policies. These guidelines are for your student's safety which includes rules posted on each bus and other information provided by the bus driver, assistants and school administration. By agreeing to this policy, I am giving permission for my Scholar to transported by Legacy Early College Transportation Department.
Important Information About Ridership *
Ridership status and/or bus stops are subject to cancellation after ten (10) consecutive school days of no ridership. If your child will be absent from bus service for more than ten (10) days and you’d like to keep their status active, please notify the school office. Students must ride at least once every ten (10) days in order to remain active. Legacy Early College buses are subject to arrive 10 minutes before or after their scheduled time.
