If you have a child that will be 5 on or before August 31, 2020, please complete this form.  We will be using this information to contact you to schedule an appointment for you to complete your child's kindergarten registration.  Please complete this form even if you have already submitted some of the kindergarten paperwork.  A Pilot staff member will be in touch with you in the next couple of weeks.  Please encourage anyone that will be coming to kindergarten at Pilot next year to complete this google form.  Our teacher allotment is based on student enrollment.  We look forward to your child joining the Pilot family!
