University of Arizona Band Day Permission Form

Students will have the option of returning to school after A/AA awards or remaining at U of A the remainder of the evening to watch other bands compete. This form must be completed before Thursday 10/19/2023 and students will not be allowed to change their decision on the day of the show. Parents wanting to pick their child up from the University must check their child out from Mr. Bailey before their student can leave.
