If you wish to help with multiple shows or in multiple ways, please check all boxes that apply and specify at the end of the form ( "I could help backstage at the Pink show but would help as an usher for the yellow show," etc...)

We will be in contact with you by April 21st to confirm your role and discuss any further details.
