Thank you for considering Juguemos a Cantar for your child's education.
Our application period runs from November 15 through December 31. 
You are here applying to our MIXED AGE GROUP for children 2-4 years old.
Applications will be considered on a First Come, First Serve basis.

TOUR:
We encourage you to attend one of our VIRTUAL tours (you can sign up at http://www.juguemos.org/preschool.html). We will like to meet with you and show you our preschool BEFORE OR  AFTER your apply. All families are welcome! After our Virtual tour we are happy to schedule a tour in Person for those interested families.

ENROLLMENT AFTER DECEMBER 31:  
If you are interested in our preschool, please complete the application and submit.  
After we receive the complete application (form and fees) we will contact you with further information and availability.  Thank you.

TUITION AND FEES:  
Completing this form does not commit you until we can offer you a spot in our program.

Only COMPLETE APPLICATIONS will be considered and reviewed.  

ACCEPTANCE LETTER & IMPORTANT DATES:
1 - JANUARY 20 - Families will receive a letter  (email ) with our offer by January 20  with additional information, schedule confirmation and enrollment forms. If we cannot offer you the spot you requested, your child may be placed in a short wait list.
2-  JANUARY 25 - Applying Families must accept or decline the offer by January 25.  If accepting, by returning the enrollment forms and deposit.  The spot might be released in case we do not receive a communication from the families by that day. Thank you for your understanding.


WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
1- ACCEPTANCE & SPOT RESERVE: Once you have accepted the spot , completed, and submitted your child's enrollment forms, his/her spot is reserved for the FULL SCHOOL YEAR (September through June).  
2- TUITION SCHEDULE: You will also receive a Schedule of Tuition to navigate the tuition payments along the following months.
3- ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS AND INFO: Closer to the beginning of school (usually in July), you will receive information such as: Parent Handbook, information about our nature-based preschool, preschool calendar, what to bring the first day/week of class, uniform order form, etc.  
4- HEALTH FORMS:  Mandatory Health forms are due before or on August 15. The last day to submit them is August 15 (No child will be admitted in the classroom without them on file).  After August 15, a $25 LATE FEE applies and your child will NOT be able to be in the classroom until we have a valid form on file.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3K SPOTS AT JUGUEMOS A CANTAR
Children who are currently fully enrolled (Mon through Fri 9-5:30) in our 22-23 school year and would like to continue with us next year, have a SECURE SPOT if they enroll with DOE (Dept of Education) through MySchool website following DOE's registration process and deadlines. 

IMPORTANT DATES:
January 20 - Acceptance Letters (email) will be sent out
January 25 - Deadline for Families to accept or decline spot by submitting their enrollment forms and deposit.
March 1 -  Tuition Payments schedule begins
August 30 - Deadline to submit Health Forms (to avoid $25 late submission fee)


TENTATIVE SCHOOL DATES (More information will follow)
1- PLAY DATES:  from Monday June 26,  2023 through Friday, June 30, 2023 (detailed information will follow)
2- PRESCHOOL ORIENTATION FOR FAMILIES:  Thursday, September 7, 2023- 7pm (via Zoom or in person)
3- FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL: Thursday, September 7, 2023

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

1-  Submitting this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE your child's admittance to the program unless you are a current enrolled family and you submitted this form within the period November 15 - December 31 in which case only the spot is guaranteed not the schedule)
2-  Your APPLICATION will be considered ONCE WE RECEIVE  (1) this form and (2) application fee from NOVEMBER 15 THROUGH  DECEMBER 31.  Application will be considered then on a First Come First Serve basis. Please check our homepage or email us in case you need any further clarification regarding our admissions process.  If you are interested in a 3K Seat, please follow DOE process and deadlines.
3-  Your spot in our program will be reserved for the ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR (September through June) once you submit all enrollment forms and deposit (25% of yearly tuition).
