EDGE Camp Hidden Lake Survey
St. Clare of Assisi Youth Ministry is considering taking a group of middle school students to Life Teen's Camp Hidden Lake next Summer (2021) and we need your input to gauge interest! Please see the information below, then fill out this form if your teen is currently in 5th-7th grade. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

Location: Dahlonega, GA (Chattahoochee National Forest, 830 Hidden Lake Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533)
Price: ~$700 (depending on transportation cost)
Transportation: Charter bus to Georgia
Stay: Cabin-style rooms for one week, staying on Camp property
Chaperone ratio: 1:8
