Applications will be reviewed by board members Fowzia Mahmood and Tom Daly, with support from Si Hill (UKU CEO).
We also ask applicants to complete this provisional Equal Opportunities form which has been produced using guidance from Sporting Equals. One of the early projects for the committee will be to gather data on our current community and we assume that we will use this form or something similar. We want the new committee to have the opportunity to discuss the format and approach before we launch it more widely.
