Intro to Proofs Fall 2022
Are you taking your first proof-based math course? Interested in improving your proof-writing technique? Come to our mathematical boot camp! Over the course of four weeks, we will use a hands-on approach to learn about different types of proofs, how to clearly communicate your ideas in mathematical language, good mathematical practice, and give a short survey of topics in higher mathematics.

The lessons will have a mix of lectures and exercises to try in small groups with the help of our TAs. By completing this form you will be added to an email list through which you will receive more details.

NOTE: A previous email sent to UMS indicated the starting date as September 9. We have pushed the workshop a week back due to the Activities Fair.
