Learning objectives:

  • Establish a fundamental understanding of ACL rehab in its entirety through the utilization of research.
  • Properly identify and address potential rehab complications, including proper referral

  • Properly identify appropriate exercises and treatment progressions throughout the course of post-operative ACL care.

  • Utilize proper ACL return to sport testing and rehab to determine when your patient is ready to return to sport.

Course Description
  • This will be a 2 day course, the first day covers pre-surgical considerations and early to mid phase, the second day covers mid to late phase.

  • First day content: graft choice considerations, rehab complications, prehab, neuroplasticity, various rehab considerations such e-stim, open chain exercises, and BFR, setting the foundation after ACL surgery, exercise compensations, exercise progress/regression & more. 2 labs and 1 demo
