RULES and REGULATIONS - Please Read Carefully
Prior to submitting an application for review, please read the entire vendor application RULES and REGULATIONS listed here:

Vendor Fees -  $15 for artists/$35 for food/drink.

Important Dates
January 9, 2023 - Completed Vendor Application Form (late applications may be considered) Notices of approval or waitlist will be emailed to vendors by January 13, 2023 with contracts and booth fee invoices attached.
January 20, 2023 - Vendor Contract and Fees due - follow instructions in your acceptance email
Virginia Drive Live Event Hours - 5:00-9:00 pm on Feb 11, 2023. RAIN OR SHINE
Vendor Check-in and Set-up - 3:00-5:00 pm (2/11/2023)
Vendor Break-down - 9:00-10:00 pm (2/11/2023)

​It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all appropriate licenses and to have those in their booth at all times. All approved vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and/or permits needed to operate their business and attend this event and adhere to all laws and regulations, state, county or city that apply.

Food vendors must be properly licensed with the State of Florida Department of Agriculture (regulates mobile vendors selling pre-packaged food) and/or Department of Business & Professional Regulation – Hotel & Restaurant Division (regulates mobile vendors that prepare and serve food on site). If you are operating under Cottage Law, you must meet all Cottage Law Requirements.

Upon application approval, we will email each vendor details regarding check-in, set-up, break-down and parking. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' each. Not all vendors will have access to electricity as outlets are limited. Requests for power are first-come, first-served.

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE vendor fee to participate in this event. Vendors who have not paid will not be granted a booth space.

Vendors are responsible for any and all materials needed to participate. This includes but is not limited to tents, power strips, extension cords, string lights, change, credit card readers, tables, props, etc.

Ivanhoe Village Main Street, Mills50, their businesses, any of their associates, employees or subsidiaries are not responsible for any merchandise or items lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced either at the event or in transit.

All approved vendors must provide a signed contract, pay booth fees and meet and adhere to the rules of the event in order to participate. Contracts and booth fee invoices will be emailed after application approval. Please check your email.
