"The Village Votes" is a Voter Registration Campaign collaboration between Child Care Advocates United and child care homes and centers in the City of Chicago. The goal is ensure that people are registered to vote or have updated registration information in preparation for this year's election periods. This campaign effort will begin happening March 28th and end May 13th.

Your site is invited to participate in the "We Vote for Our Children" competition! The goal is for you, your staff, and parents to get the most registration cards in comparison to other sites your size. The location with the most voter registration cards WINS a pizza party for the site's children, "We Vote for our Children" T-SHIRTS for participating parents & staff, a WINNERS celebration pack, and BRAGGING RIGHTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

Each location is responsible for soliciting parents and staff to register to vote and encourage other people to register to vote too.
