Do you agree that all puppies will have a spay/neuter contract. No breeding rights are given. Pet homes only.

IF you are looking to purchase for breeding purposes, the price will be slightly higher than what you see listed.

If APPROVED, you will receive an approval email and be asked which puppy you would like to bring home. Puppies that are less than 7 weeks of age will require a $250 deposit to lock in your pick (deposit will go towards the price of the puppy). Any puppies that are still available after 7 weeks of age will need to be paid in full once approved. Signed agreements & receipts will follow.  All puppies are required to be paid in full prior to leaving us and prior to the pick-up/drop-off day.

*Approved individuals will be added to our waitlist and when the puppies are ready to be reserved, you will be contacted in the order we received your application in.

This application will be for our Shih-Poos only. We won't have any Shih-Tzus available just yet.
