Whole Mama Wellness™ is a wellness community for women at all stages of motherhood. Whether you're a busy mama looking for more balance, a new mama looking for peer support during this tremendous life change and identity shift, or the burnt out mama needing to reclaim your wellness and joy in life, we have you covered. 

Your journey with Whole Mama Wellness™ begins with an 8-week live, virtual wellness support group (60 minute group sessions), followed by lifetime access into our Whole Mama Wellness™ Facebook group. Here you’ll find other moms on similar journeys and a place where you can build and maintain meaningful connections, get advice, and get meaningful social exposure to the strategies that promote whole wellness. 

• Self-discovery: Uncover your unmet needs and create a concrete, realistic, and sustainable plan to meet those needs.Members will learn the importance of "putting your oxygen mask on first"

• Self-care: Group members will learn self-care practices that are uniquely effective and meaningful from them as individuals. Strategies for infusing self-care into daily life will be put into practice including Dr. Chance's concept of '30 Minutes to Whole'. 

• Social Support: Group members gain connection, support, and gain a sense of community through this collaborative and encouraging wellness group.

• Whole Wellness: Group members explore all areas of personal well-being including physical, mental, social-emotional, intellectual, occupational, financial, and spiritual wellness. Then, members learn and employ proven methods for achieving whole wellness, reducing stress, and finding joy in motherhood and life!
