1. 請於抵達交換國家後14天內填妥本表單。The exchange students must complete all information of this arrival card within 14 days upon the arrival in the host country.
2. 國外通訊地址如有變更，應立即通知本校國合處。If there is any change to the mailing address in the host country, the student should inform the home institution immediately.
