・The information entered on this page (hereinafter referred to as "Entry Information") will be used for the 　purpose of screening the applicants for this program, communicating with the Secretariat and the entrant 　regarding the selection process, and communicating with the entrant regarding collaboration. 

　Entrants who pass the second stage  screening will have their names and entry titles published on 　Toppan's website, and will also be notified and announced to the mass media. Please be aware of this 　beforehand.
　Entry information will be shared among Toppan and Partner companies (hereinafter referred to as "related 　parties"), but will not be disclosed or provided to anyone other than the related parties.

・We will not respond to inquiries regarding the process, content, or results of the screening process.

（３）Security of this form
・The input screen is handled in consideration of information security because (1) there is no editing function 　only for input, (2) encrypted communication is used, and (3) the input information is stored in the location 　where the access rights are set. In addition, since this form uses Google services that Toppan has 　contracted with as a corporation, no one can access the form without permission  from Google.
