1. Full payment upon registration is necessary to confirm a slot on the online learning event.
2. Cancellation made more than five (5) days from the scheduled event shall be entitled to 50% refund of the paid seminar fee. Cancellation made within 2-5 days before the event shall be entitled to 30% refund of the paid seminar fee.
3. Cancellation notice should be formally sent to the seminar team via info@taxacctgcenterph.org.
4. Certificates will be given only to those who have accomplished the evaluation form. The certificates will be sent to the registered email on the same day for the scheduled seminar.
5. The materials for the seminar are protected. Any form of audio, video or image recording of the seminar or PowerPoint slides used by the speaker is strictly prohibited.
10. The management of Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person who breaches these terms and conditions;
11. The management of Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event because of unforeseen circumstances, fortuitous events, or any other unfavorable situations or conditions;
12. If the seminar is cancelled because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. will give the participant 3 options:
a. 1st option, Participants may wait for another schedule of the same seminar.
b. 2nd option, Participants may choose to attend a different seminar program.
c. 3rd option, Participants may refund his/her seminar fee. (Less applicable cost of refund such as bank charge/ money transfer fee.)
13. If the participant decides not attend the seminar without notice, Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
