The RA vision for 2020-2021+ is to focus on "Increased positive experience of members", with goals to improve transparency of RA by using the members Facebook group, website and live videos, make more resources available for clubs including sharing current best practices, share members experiences and stories, and build a supportive and motivating community of Australian members. There is scope to add other strategic points from the members, board and/or council. It will not be instant gratification, instead we hope to see this vision sustainably achieved over the next few years.
