You will be automatically charged for your tuition in the beginning of each month for duration of the academic year (September 5th through June 14th) or whenever you first begin after the school year starts. Tuition includes weekly sessions except for school breaks and National Holidays. See a breakdown below of number of sessions allotted per month.

Late arrival/technology:
No adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival or technical difficulties on the part of the student. Any lost time because of late arrival or technical difficulties of Shane shall be compensated for by extending a session by the amount of time lost.
Shane will contact student(s) and their adult(s) via email 5 minutes after the start of the session. If the student does not show up within 15 minutes of the start of the session, it is forfeit and the Zoom meeting will end.

Students must have access to a device that runs Zoom with a camera, microphone, and preferably headphones for their sessions (especially if there is a lot of background noise for them).

Cancellation & Reschedules:
Reschedules can't be made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, are dependent upon availability, and must be used within 1 month of your original session date. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours from the start of the schedule session will result in forfeiture of that session. All cancellations and reschedules must be made through Acuity. Group classes cannot be rescheduled.
Cancelling tuition must be done 1-week prior to the next billing date for the following month. Example: If you would like to cancel tuition for February, you must cancel by January 25th.

November: Wednesday 11/22 through 11/24
December: Monday 12/18 through 12/31
January: Monday 1/1
February: Monday 2/19 through 2/23
April: Monday 4/8 through 4/12
May: Monday 5/27
