As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for key activities that make The Indoor Dog Park a safe and fun staple in the community. You will be working directly and closely with Ownership, Management, and Members of the Park. From communicating with prospective members to ensuring a clean and presentable facility, you are essential to keeping the Park running smoothly.
An appropriate work-life balance is important to us. The Administrative Assistant position allows for flexible hours and schedules. You must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. A set schedule will be determined with the appropriate candidate prior to execution of the employment agreement. In addition to the agreed-upon schedule, extended hours and weekend options may be available from time to time but are not required. Optionally, upon demonstrating expertise, there is opportunity for career growth into general Business Management.
