Astrology Retreat Terms & Conditions:
1) The Retreat rate You are paying includes the following:Ā
- Your accommodation for 4 nights and 5 days at Rie's Retreat in Glastonbury, UK.Ā
- Daily astrology workshops
- sound healing event + cacao ceremony
- Daily guided walks/tours.Ā
- Daily evening meditation/reflection session.Ā
- Daily breakfast meal + daily afternoon snack + unlimited supply of drinking water, herbal tea + coffee.Ā
- 4 Group dinnersĀ
- Entrance to sacred sites
- Workbook + gift
- Astrology 101 video prior to retreat start date to brush up on your basics
2) The Retreat rate You are paying does not include:
- flights
- travel to Glastonbury
- visa requirements
- daily lunches
- travel insurance
- optional massage (Ā£50)
- optional online astrology reading post-retreat (Ā£90)
- and any additional expenses incurred by you during your stay.
3) The Early Bird Retreat Rates apply to deposit payments paid on or before 1st January 2024 (the retreat can also be paid in full upfront if you prefer). Any spots booked after 1st January 2024 will include a room rate with an increase of Ā£100.
4) To secure a spot on the retreat, a Ā£200Ā non-refundable deposit is required with full payment due 60 days before the retreat start date - Sunday 19th May 2024. Payment plans are available upon request.Ā
5) Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or Wise. Stripe payments can also be accepted however these will incur a 3% surcharge (per payment if on a payment plan). Any Bank transfer/exchange rate charges will be borne by You.Ā
6) Please note that a refund or discount will not be possible for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the retreat programme.
7) If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.Ā
If You cancel,Ā
- 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a full refund less the Ā£200 non-refundable deposit.Ā
- 60-89 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive 60% of your payment, less the Ā£200 non-refundable deposit.Ā
- 0-59 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refund will be given. You may however, transfer your spot to a friend or relative, subject to notifying me about your replacement.Ā
Although I would like to compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), I am a small business and I have to uphold my commitments to the retreat centre. For this reason and the costs incurred by me I am unfortunately not able to make any exceptions to this cancellation policy, and encourage you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances. Thank you so much for your understanding.
8) In the unlikely event where I cancel a Retreat from my end, you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made to me in advance. I will not, however, be able to compensate you for airfare or other travel expenses incurred (which is again why travel insurance is highly recommended to recover these costs!).
