Welcome to the bonus collection of cooking recipes, DIY guides and book-related keepsakes.  This form is for everyone - both new visitors and older, already registered readers.  The entry form works as follows:

• It sends new guests to the INFOSERVER to register their e-mail addresses.  This will open access to the basic bonuses for them.
• If anyone has forgotten their Reader's Greeting, INFOSERVER will refresh their memory.
• Once the Reader's Greeting is entered, this form unlocks full standard versions of all bonuses.
• Those who can also enter the bonus code from the end of their finished book will be taken to an extended master-level EXTRA version of a bonus from their favourite novel.
