Embargo Renewal Request Form
The purpose of this form is to extend an approved embargo by another year. Embargo renewals will be granted in exceptional cases, provided that there is a valid reason for renewal. 

The dissertation will be made available for consultation at the end of the extended embargo period, unless another renewal is requested.
