I'm considering offering a chair yoga class, in the viniyoga tradition, this fall. I need your input - IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. At the moment, it will be virtual, until COVID starts behaving, with a future possibility of dual live/streaming.

Starting seated in chair, move to standing & balance work, return to sitting, finish sitting (no ground work at all)

Starting seated in chair, move to standing & balance work, back to sitting, transition down to the floor for face down & face up poses, then finish
